Project at 21 Arlington Street for the Millers' Mutual Association
The Practice's proposed rehabilitation of the cellars below Leoni's very fine Georgian mansion at 21 Arlington Street, next door to the Ritz Hotel, is proceeding, with construction due to commence in the summer.
Project at 62-63 Pall Mall for Berry Bros. and Rudd
Short and Associates new building for Berry Bros. and Rudd at 62-63 Pall Mall has just had it's first stage tender returned. Sir Richard MacCormac's office, MJP Architects, will be the novated practice on the contractor's side. Construction is due to commence this summer.
Space Planning Advice for Regent's College
Short and Associates have been appointed by Regent's College (the former Bedford College in the centre of Regent's Park, London) to analyse the pattern and efficiency of space utilisation with Dr. William Fawcett, Chadwick Fellow at Pembroke College, Cambridge and PI for the Activity Space Research Project at the Department of Architecture.
Southampton University's Life Science Building completed
